Prosecutorial misconduct in closing argument denied the defendant a fair trial. LANSING, Judge A jury convicted Fred Streeter of DWI, Minn. Stat. Â§ 169.121, subd. 1(a) (1984), and of presenting a false driver's license, Minn. Stat. Â§ 171.22(3) (1984). He moved for a new trial on these convictions, asserting prosecutorial misconduct in the closing argument. The trial court denied the motion, and Streeter appeals from that order and the conviction. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
